Gluten-Free Pizzas

We are proud to offer gluten-free pizza options for our customers with dietary restrictions. However, please be aware that while our gluten-free pizzas are made with gluten-free ingredients and are getting supplied from a nationwide well-known supplier, pizzas are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten-containing products i.e. all regular pizzas and other products on the menu.

While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our gluten-free pizzas are 100% free from gluten. Customers with Celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance should consume these products at their own risk.

Order Issues

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by calling on (825) 818-4444 during regular business hours. We value your satisfaction and will make every effort to rectify any issues in a timely manner. This may include offering a replacement order or a credit towards your next purchase, depending on the circumstances. Please note that we may require photos, product to be returned with at least 80% uneaten, and any other additional information, to understand the issue and assist you better.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us by calling on (825) 818-4444 during regular business hours immediately, so we can correct the mistake. We will either send out the correct items or offer a refund, depending on your preference and the specific situation.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling on (825) 818-4444 during regular business hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

At City South Pizza, we strive to ensure that our pizzas are prepared to the highest standards and delivered fresh to your door. We take great pride in the quality and preparation of our products. However, due to the nature of our products being made-to-order and perishable, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final

Local Delivery

City South Pizza Calgary has partnered with UberEats, to provide local delivery services.

  • Delivery Area: Our local delivery service is available within the delivery radius defined by UberEats, that is maximum up to 9 KMS from our store location
  • Delivery Time: While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary based on your location, the time of your order, and the current workload of our delivery partner
  • Delivery Issues: In the event of any issues related to late delivery, missing delivery, missing items, delivery to the wrong address, or incorrect information provided by the customer, we will not be held liable
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and to be available at the time of delivery. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will still be charged for the order.
  • Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to delivery. If you have a problem with your order, please contact UberEats customer service directly, and we will provide you with all delivery service related details.

BOGO50 Promotions

  • The BOGO50 offer entitles the customer to a 50% discount on the pizza with the lowest listed price in their order. The pizza with the highest listed price will be charged at its full price.
  • Inquiries: Customers are encouraged to direct any queries or require clarification regarding the BOGO50 offer to the store prior to placing their order. The store reserves the right to refuse the application of the BOGO50 offer if the customer fails to understand or comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions, the decision of the management shall be final and binding.
  • Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the management.

Additional Information

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes, bottle deposit fees, and recycling fees. These are not included in the listed prices and will be added to your total billing
  • In the event of any disputes, the decision of the Management will be final

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our pizzas will not come into contact with common allergens such as nuts during preparation. We do not operate a nut-free facility
  • We will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from consumption of our products or any products that we may re-sell from other suppliers, malefactors, or brands
